ICE's public website lets families and lawyers find where a detainee is held. In September it stopped listing most detainees with a final deportation order from an immigration court. Should it list them?

Leave them off. An immigration court heard the case and ordered deportation, and last-minute filings keep blocking it, even if families and lawyers can't find the person online first
